The Upper Cut Hair Salon has been serving Revere and the surrounding communities since 1983. The salon specializes in men's and women's hair care only and are now offering The Pravana Smoothout Treatment, which resurfaces frizzy, curly, unruly, wild hair. The salon concept is to specialize in one thing only.....and that is hair....not skin, not nails. not muscles, not frills. This concept allows us to deliver a superior service at a reasonable price! That staff will let their talent go to your head, NOT THEIRS.
